  This place is awful. I went once and I never will again. The quiche they serve is very greasy. I spent nearly thirty minutes waiting for my tea...they served it to another table. The tea was lukewarm when they gave it to me. They did not offer to make me a new pot. Since it was sitting at a table that did not even order tea. They gave me only one fork which I had to use for my meal and my scone. No salad fork for the salad. They did not even have the proper spoons for the sugar for my tea. I had to use the same knife I had with my quiche to spread the jam they gave me on my scone. I waited for almost an hour after I was finished to even get my check. I had to walk up to the register to check out. I told them about the fork and knife. They did not have anything to say about it. If you are going to run a tea house...learn the correct way to do things! I have never seen such poor standards in a tea parlour. Very disappointing.

  So unique! The atmosphere is lovely. Love the homemade scones. If you go to the Mad Hatter without trying the scones and tea you have missed the point!
