- 1 / 5By Ryan WilsonService has gotten slower since the renovation and it seems like customer service is horrible now. At least they try to make up for their very slow service by giving free cookies away. However, a chocolate chip cookie covered in salt is not what I would consider to be making up for poor service. Drive thru service took about 20 minutes and they still can't get an order correct and then if you order inside to go, they put your food on a tray and offer no sauce. I couldn't even get a bag when I asked for one. Needless to say, won't be returning to this Arbys any time soon and filed a formal corporate complaint.March 15, 2017
